We recently had a YUGE 90th birthday party for my Dad (on Labor Day wknd) and Don’s Li’l Johns set us up perfectly for the event!
Madeline (in the office), took care of our needs over the phone with recommendations according to how many people we expected and consideration for the holiday closings. She was very professional and knowledgeable!
We rented 2 porta johns and a wash station. The party was on Sunday, Sept. 1st, and we expected about 200 people. They delivered the equipment on Friday, August 30th, and pick up was slated for Tuesday, Sept. 3rd. No extra charges for the extra days…just a flat, reasonable rate for all of the equipment.
Luke arrived on Friday with two perfectly maintained porta johns and a wash station in a timely fashion (they looked brand new actually). He positioned all of the equipment exactly where we planned for easy access, and the johns in a less conspicuous place. He filled all of the dispensers with paper, toilet paper, soap, and water as needed, and left enough product to account for the attendence expected. Also, the johns were equipt with lighting for night time use!! 🙂
Keep in mind, we had two days of set up crews and two days of break down crews coming, so these johns and the wash station were going to get a lot of use!
The party goers were completely accommodated! We had extra toilet paper just in case, but all went well and our friends and family really appreciated the clean, accessible johns and wash station. Outdoor parties can be a challenge, but the day was perfect and Don’s Li’l Johns made it even better!
Luke actually showed up a day early (on Monday .. the holiday) for pick up as we were completing the cleanup. He was already in the area. We asked if he could come back on Tuesday as scheduled so that we could move the tents and chairs out of the area for his pick up. The tents and chairs could not be returned to the rental place until Tuesday.
Luke was more than accommodating! He said “absolutely no problem! I’ll be back tomorrow. And no one even needs to be here for me to pick up. 😀”
That worked out perfectly for us.
All of the cleanup was done and Luke had free access to their equipment for easy removal on Tuesday evening around 6:00.
If I could give Don’s Li’l Johns 10 stars for their quality equipment and customer service I would!
